Also, It was awesome and unexpected when the barrier in the middle got taken away. It actually made it easier because I could use the blue ship to randomly shoot at big swarms of enemies while using the green ship to get the closer ones.
I got half way through the purple bit too :D
It was really fun, like REALLY REALLY REALLY fun!
I was sad before I played this(Not gonna talk about it) but now I'm reallly happpy! The game is very exciting too!

Some things I didn't like:
The game had no main menu
I didn't understand what the things on the right meant
The ship didn't move fast enough to travel all the way across the screen to kill an enemy.
Needs instructions
You should work on the animation a bit.
The ship never dies no matter how much I mess it up.
The game system should be done in levels.

Your graphics were good and the general gameplay was okay
You should add an upgrade system for the ship and make the enemies get harder as you keep killing them.

This is even better than blockhead! NOT KIDDING :D!
This is what I wanted more of from blockhead, In an even funnier way!
Also, SuperVillain is a GENIOUS! And very creative. But I don't like how he's killing everything in this one, It's better when he's more of an annoying prankster like the first 2.
